CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Liberty Lighting Group is a Lighting and Lighting Controls Manufacturer’s Representative covering the 13 northern counties of NJ. Liberty Lighting Group is a fast-paced growing sales organization that is looking to add a full time Customer Service position. The successful candidate will work closely with our sales staff and existing customer base providing timely and accurate responses. The position requires a self-motivated, forward-thinking team player that can multi-task and problem solve striving to get the job done right the first time.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Full Time Customer Service Position in our Chatham NJ office Monday – Friday 8:30am-5pm
- Accurately process customer purchase orders in a timely manner
- Work with internal and external customers to improve the customer experience with respect to order placement, material returns process and policies ensuring a smooth delivery process
- Monitor orders daily while resolving any and all issues that prevent orders from properly flowing through system, shipping or billing
- Establish and strengthen existing customer relationships
REQUIRED JOB SKILLS
- Must be computer savvy in Microsoft Office Suite as well as Adobe
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail a must
- A team player who is willing to help where needed
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Establish and strengthen existing customer relationships
EXPERIENCE
- College Degree preferred or similar work experience
