CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Liberty Lighting Group is a Lighting and Lighting Controls Manufacturer’s Representative covering the 13 northern counties of NJ. Liberty Lighting Group is a fast-paced growing sales organization that is looking to add a full time Customer Service position. The successful candidate will work closely with our sales staff and existing customer base providing timely and accurate responses. The position requires a self-motivated, forward-thinking team player that can multi-task and problem solve striving to get the job done right the first time.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Full Time Customer Service Position in our Chatham NJ office Monday – Friday 8:30am-5pm
  • Accurately process customer purchase orders in a timely manner
  • Work with internal and external customers to improve the customer experience with respect to order placement, material returns process and policies ensuring a smooth delivery process
  • Monitor orders daily while resolving any and all issues that prevent orders from properly flowing through system, shipping or billing
  • Establish and strengthen existing customer relationships

 

REQUIRED JOB SKILLS
  • Must be computer savvy in Microsoft Office Suite as well as Adobe
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail a must
  • A team player who is willing to help where needed
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Establish and strengthen existing customer relationships

 

EXPERIENCE
  • College Degree preferred or similar work experience
